Who is responsible
De Halal Hypotheek is responsible for the processing of your data on this site. Questions or requests about your data can be sent to redactie@dehalalhypotheek.nl.
What we process
If you subscribe to the newsletter we process your email address and the language you read in. We ask for nothing else. You do not need an account to read the site.
On what basis
Your consent. You give it by subscribing and then opening the confirmation email. Without that confirmation we send you nothing and delete the address.
Who we share it with
We sell nothing on. We use Resend to send email, with delivery from within the EU. The site runs on Vercel and the articles are stored in Sanity. These parties process data only on our instruction.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, after which we delete your address.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing. Get in touch through the contact page. You may also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Cookies
We set no tracking or advertising cookies. Your language and theme preference are stored locally in your browser; that data never reaches us.
